International Consolidated Companies Inc (OTCMKTS:INCC) announced recently that it has acquired ANP, a nutraceutical production firm based in Nevada. The company was previously called Vitamin Research Products (VRP), a facility owned by Rob and Maria Watson who possesses more than 50 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

ANP facility is renowned for producing high-quality products in various forms including powders, capsules, creams, tinctures, vape oils, lotions, and liquids. The firm has specialized in cutting-edge tools and talented team that enables the company to realize its long-term goals.

The recent acquisition of the nutraceutical co-packers will help INCC to expand its economies of scale and add new products to its existing product line. INCC, which has been in operation since 2002, has specialized in acquiring and expanding businesses that focuses on innovation, high quality, and affordable Cannabis technologies across the world.

Through its subsidiary company, INCC develops and distributes CBD-based products that serve as an alternative over-the-counter therapeutic treatment for patients with chrnonic pain and inflammation conditions. For instance, the water-soluble CBD oil products are easily absorbed and interact naturally with the body fluids without posing any known side effects.

The company recently also announced that it will launch a cryptocurrency offering and the first 80 buyers of more than $8,000 tokens will be rewarded. The project expired after the first 80 boxes are sold out.
