Organigram Holdings Begins Harvest on Phase 2 Indoor Grow Rooms

Organigram Holdings Inc. (TSX VENTURE:OGI) (OTCQB:OGRMF) announced this morning that the company has harvested over 1,500 cannabis plants from the first state-of-the-art Phase 2 indoor grow rooms.

Organigram owns an additional 22 grow rooms that are near complete for harvest that began growing on February 10th, 2018. The company anticipates a total of 22,000 kg/ year from their Phase 1 and Phase 2 facilities which contain a fully automated grow system. The Company system include’s a fully automated irrigation system, waste management system, data-collection system, and even a packaging system for its products.

Future expansion of their operation facilities awaits approval from Health Canada. Organigram Holdings anticipates that they will add an additional 16 grow rooms will be added to the company’s Phase 3 buildout in Jun 2018.
