Trimax Corporation enters Cannabis Sector

On February 21, 2018, Trimax Corporation, Inc. (OTC PINK: TMXN), a holding corporation, announced it had officially entered into the cannabis space by signing a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the assets of Omega Tech Inc. operating under the name Recreational Dispensary.  RecreationalDispensary.com is an online portal that connects cannabis consumers with dispensaries or storefronts based on the user’s geographic location.  Through RecreationalDispensary.com, consumers over 21 years of age are able to create an account, verify their identity, browse a dispensary, place an order, and have it delivered (or available for pickup in-store) while shops can create their own storefront profile, upload their product line images, prices, and contact information and even increase exposure with paid banner ads.

Together, the companies plan to continue with expansion plans in California, enter into the Canadian market and (over the next several months) exploit the 30 plus states that have already legalized marijuana in the U.S.  The state of Vermont was the first state to pass legislation in 2018 for recreational sales with an additional 12 states in the process of passing legislation to do the same.

Hugo Saavedra, CEO of Trimax Corp., gained instant popularity (along with his wife Debra) for their all-natural body care product line (“Saavy Naturals, Inc.) after being spotlighted and appearing on ABC’s hit show Shark Tank.  Trimax Corp. is now adding RecreationalDispensary.com as another wholly held subsidiary alongside
its wildly successful Saavy Naturals, Inc.
